Caroline advises on all aspects of architectural direction throughout the life of a building, beginning with feasibility and evaluation of the site, and ending with the successful launch and maintenance of a sales gallery. She utilizes her extensive background and experience in high-end residential architecture to study and critique floor plans, conceptualize amenity spaces, and provide market based feedback to design consultants. Caroline directs research initiatives and manages daily project responsibilities and deliverables. 

Prior to joining Compass, Caroline was a Planning and Design Director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, and spent much of her career as a Project Manager and Associate Architect at Robert A. M. Stern Architects.
