Drew joined the Compass Development Marketing Group team in 2018 bringing over 10 years of experience as a senior marketer, brand manager, and strategic partnership builder within the South Florida Luxury Real Estate market. Previously as Senior Director of Marketing at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Drew lead the marketing team in creating cohesive campaigns and marketing programs from ideation to implementation and helped to fuel the exponential growth of the brand throughout South Florida.

In 2015, Drew was recognized as one of South Florida's top achievers under the age of 40 in the Marketing & Media category by South Florida Business & Wealth as recipient of the Up & Comer award. Drew is an active member of the Urban Land Institute since 2014 and has sat on multiple committees with ULI in effort to drive their mission throughout the South Florida/Caribbean district council,
