After an extensive career in the medical and legal sectors, Shannon joined Compass in 2018, playing a key role in the highly anticipated launch of Atlanta’s first Compass office. She rapidly became a trusted member of the Compass family, moving into a new role as Agent Experience Manager.
As AEM, Shannon helped Realtors learn to leverage Compass’s industry leading tools & strategies in order to grow their business. Her success in this role was a direct result of her leadership expertise, collaborative work ethic, and her prodigious ability to not only solve problems, but provide solutions.
In 2020, Shannon was promoted to a new position with Compass Development Marketing Group, to aid in establishing CDMG as the premier New Development resource throughout the Southeast. As Project Coordinator, Shannon’s solution-driven work ethic ensures that all CDMG sales, operations, and marketing initiatives are efficiently executed with the clients’ best interests in mind.
