Tracie is an award-winning Realtor® with extensive experience in some of Georgia's most sought-after new developments.

After college, Tracie moved to Atlanta and started flying the friendly skies for Delta Airlines, engaging her natural talents in providing superior service to both customers and fellow crew. Tracie then worked in multiple marketing capacities for distinguished brands including Donna Karen in New York City, Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles Magazine, and residential architects Stephen Fuller Design, Harrison Design, and Caldwell Cline.

With a passion and proven record of success in marketing, sales, and customer service, Tracie decided to pursue the new construction sector of real estate, affording her the opportunity to employ all her talents.

Tracie quickly excelled in the new development industry and was soon named as a Top 10 agent at John Weiland/Pulte. She represented The Townes at Chastain, named “Townhome Community of the Year” by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, and was a “Sales Team of the Year” finalist. Tracie also sold in the 2020 award-winning “Top Selling Condo Community,” Pratt Stacks. And the accolades didn’t stop there!

Tracie was named Compass Development Marketing Group’s 2021 Agent of the Year for roaring success representing Hedgewood Homes, Atlanta Magazine Readers’ Choice Award Winner for Best Home Builder, and for her commitment to providing developers, builders, buyers, and co-agents with nothing less than exceptional service.
